Cancellation requests should be submitted by email to the ELMI2023 registration office: elmi@amsterdamumc.nl

A substitute may be allowed provided such a request and the particulars of the substitute are sent to the ELMI2023 registration office at elmi@amsterdamumc.nl before May 5, 2023.
